WoodWing USA Expands Product Line and Expertise by Acquiring Assets of Emerge Consulting, Ltd.

Detroit,  June 28, 2017 – WoodWing USA, a multichannel publishing and digital asset management software provider, announced today it has acquired the assets of Emerge Consulting, Ltd., an integration and workflow consultancy. With the expertise acquired in this deal, WoodWing USA adds integration, managed services and hosting services to its line of solutions. WoodWing USA has become a one-stop-shop for customers, with products and services that provide an end-to-end solution.

Emerge employees will immediately join the WoodWing team, led by Managing Director Scott Smith. This new group ensures continued support for existing customers. Equally important, WoodWing has acquired years of expertise in customer support, product development and product management.
